The chip testing systems in the Testing Center adopt testing systems from famous companies in U.S, German and Japan and are of high testing capacity and reliable testing quality. The testing systems can test chips of Audio, video & Radio, power source, operational amplifier & A/D, D/A, telephone, logic IC & micro-controller, camera and other industrial control circuit. We can produce and develop chip probe card, chip-testing program and chip testing in accordance with the client’s requirements. We can test chips of 4inch, 5inch and 6inch with testing capacity of 70000 pieces per month.
Testing items: Contact testing, power consumption testing, input creepage testing, output electrical level testing, complete function testing, complete dynamic data testing, analog signal data testing.
