• Effluent Treatment System from German ETH Company

    The Effluent Treatment System mainly deals with the industrial sewage from 5inch silicon production lines and Pure Water System. Its treatment capacity is 40t/h of fluorous effluent and 80t/h of acid and alkali effluent. PLC automation controlling is applied to the system and instruments from German ETH Company are used to monitor treatment quality. The air-operated valve from Italian EIP Company is provided to add chemical agent automatically.

• Waste Gas Treatment System from Huajing

    The system adopts vertical-spray absorbing tower to deal with the industrial waste gas mainly from 5inch silicon production lines. The power supply can automatic switchover. Blower fans run by a standby fan and can automatically switch air damper and blower fans to ensure 24 hours on-line service.
