Fab 1 ,which was established in 1997, is a 5inch production line and has a 2.0¦Ìm double process for Bipolar and 0.8¦Ìm¡ª1.2¦ÌmCMOS¡¢1.0¦Ìm¡ª2.0¦Ìm process technology for Bi-CMOS. The factory adopts the advanced IC product line management mode from Fujitsu and builds up an appropriate, strictly controlled system of management. The factory has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environment Management System Attestation and the audit of Fujitsu and Motorola.
The process and the equipment engineers of Fab1 have been trained in Fujutsu. The factory is an open Foundry production line and has the technology support from the supplier; The main IC manufacturing material is provided by the big suppliers that have corresponding certificates. |
